What type of lenses do you need *
We need to get your bifocal or varifocal lenses right, this is how it works *
When you order bifoclas or varifocals we send the frames out to you before making your prescription lenses. You will use the frames to take some important measurments. Next, you'll send back your frames free of charge so that we can produce your perfect prescription lenses. We know some other websites don't do this, but we think it's important to get your glasses right. Any questions, please do contact us!

Do you have one or two Pupillary Distance (PD) values? *
Some people might see more that one PD number on their prescrition. Measuring your PD is important and easy, please see our 'how to measure your PD' help section. If you do not add a PD measurement we will use the standard average 63mm for men and 60mm for women.

Add transitions lenses? *
Transition lenses are the lenses that darken in the sunlight and lighten in softer light or the dark. They offer both style and convenience, and can help protect your eyes from UV. Our lenses use genuine Transitions technology.

Would you like to add Blue Shield Technology? *
Blue shield technology includes a blue light blocker to reduce exposure to potentially harmful light from extended periods using electronic devices like phones, tablets and laptops. It also includes an anti-reflective coating to reduce glare and increase the amount of visible light passing through the lens. Plus toughened surfaces reduce the amount and effect of scratches.

UV400' refers to UV rays at the top end of the UV spectrum, up to the 400-nanometre wavelength. Sunglasses with this level of protection block an even wider spectrum than the CE and British Standard models, making them the ultimate protection for your eyes.

Choice of either a hanging star or a magnet.

Comes packaged in organza bag.

Measures approx 12cm x 12cm.

The wood can be coloured in either before or after giving to the receipient. Please note some pens may bleed due to the wood grain so we recommend you test these first.

If require you can have a personalised message printed to the back of the hanging star, this is an optional extra and will only be printed if you pay for this service. It is not possible for us to print a message to the back of the magnet as the magnet obscures the back.

Custom Wording explained:

For any of these above options you can instead choose ‘Custom wording’ rather than standard wording where we will print whatever you would like. Please provide this message at checkout word for word as you would like it printed and check for spelling errors. Realistically, we can only print a short message of similar length to the standard wording as larger messages will be too small to colour in.

We will not send proofs. If you cannot find the box at checkout, please send us a conversation with the message required. This is a chargeable service and you must choose 'Custom Wording' for and pay the additional charges for this. Any requests for personalised wording without selection and payment of this service will not be created and you will receive the standard wording.

Gift Wrap explained:

Standard packaging includes the star being placed inside an organza bag.

Gift message and tag - We attach a gift tag to the organza bag with your own choice of short message if required. If no message is provided at checkout or via message shortly after your order, we will send the tag blank.

Luxury Gift box and tag - We will place the star inside a luxury craft gift box, tie with twine and add a gift tag with your own choice of short message if required. If no message is provided at checkout or via message shortly after your order, we will send the tag blank.

Please note wood is a natural product and there may be some variations in colour, and texture. Some items may show more of the wood’s natural grain than others, there may be knots in the wood and minor imperfections. Wood is a beautiful natural product and this ensures that each product is unique.
